...."Life is like a box of chocolates. You never know what you're going to get."
Guess what I got? Croup! Who knew that my little, fun, faux cough was going to turn in to a dog-like bark that nearly gave my mother and WI grandmother a heart attack every time I had to hack. Happy Thanksgiving to Me.
The week was almost the best one of my life. The plan was to whoop it up (not croup it up) with my dad and my Wisconsin relatives. Daycare was closed for the week of Thanksgiving, which for me means no napping at home and trying as hard as possible to get out of the daily routine I follow at daycare. Party Time!
We started off the week running errands at the MOA (Mall of America for you non-MN natives). This was the first time I rode in the Bob like a normal person. Super fun!
Early the next morning, and I mean early (refer to not following a schedule, above), my mom and I hit the road for good ol' Wisconsin. I slept the ENTIRE WAY to Cedarburg, keeping one hand on my toy because I need to be touching something at all times.
I was soooo excited to see my family from Wisconsin. I wish that I could see them every single day and I was so sad to leave. We did lots of fun things which made the week fly by - walks, naps, guitar playing, photo shoots with my Great Uncle John and Aunt Julie, watched the Packers keep their winning streak alive, the list goes on!
With Grandma and my cousin Caleb. Boys will be boys!
Discussing what we are going to eat on Thanksgiving day.
With my mama in my Thanksgiving duds. We both have our stretchy pants on, ready to stuff our faces.
My uncle Jordan's hair is way more fun to play with than my mom's!
Learning how to slappa da bass.
Bundled up for our walk. I was nice and toasty warm!
